Warm Oil Massage

floral-icon
During warm oil massage, as the name suggests, a lightly heated herbal oil is applied on the body with firm strokes. The warmth of the oil opens the pores and relaxes the muscles making therapists reach innermost layers of muscles with ease.
At Farida Thai Massage, we use herbal oil, which is warmed using a special container that allows the medicated oil to heat up gradually and evenly, preserving all its goodness. The massage is done with varying strokes so that the goodness of oil seeps into the skin to provide the required nourishment and moisture.
Warm oil massage, if done regularly, brings about significant physical and mental changes. In Indian Ayurveda, warm oil massage is considered to open doors to beauty and health. The benefits are such that the body and mind become capable of handling physical and mental trauma
